Use NFI’s ecommerce and retail logistics offering to trace the work from receipt to dispatch. Ask which events change inventory availability and which exceptions require a person to intervene.
How would reporting distinguish consumer orders, bulk shipments, and returns? Which warehouse event or system record would show that this step is complete?
Inspect one exception
Choose a real order that did not follow your standard flow. Follow its data, physical stock, packing instructions, and status updates to see where the proposed process needs clarification.
