Map the handoffs
Use Fulfyld’s dtc and custom fulfillment offering to trace the work from receipt to dispatch. Ask which events change inventory availability and which exceptions require a person to intervene.
What does the proposed per-order rate include, and how are storage, projects, and peak periods treated? Which warehouse event or system record would show that this step is complete?
Inspect one exception
Choose a real order that did not follow your standard flow. Follow its data, physical stock, packing instructions, and status updates to see where the proposed process needs clarification.
Trace the work behind the fees
Trace each quoted charge to a warehouse activity. Ask what triggers the fee, where the activity is recorded, and how exceptions or rework appear on the invoice.
